There is important news for you. You may be glad to hear that jailbreak hackers have been saving up the exploits. These exploits have been retained for future jailbreak release. And the news that can be considered bad is that we will have to wait for a long time for a new jailbreak release. This jailbreak release cannot be expected before the iOS7 comes out.

jailbreakIt has been confirmed by the Evad3r hacker pod2g that no jailbreaks would happen related for to the present iterations of iOS 6.1.3. Pod2g considers it as a nominal update and do not think burning exploits for 6.1.3 as a good idea. According to them, waiting for a major release is their strategy.

According to a prominent hacker, the number of releases would reduce as the jailbreaking is becoming harder. These hackers have worked on iOS7 jailbreaks earlier and they think that the next jailbreak release will come only after the public gets to use the iOS7. Apple usually reveals new and major versions of iOS7 in summer at the WWDC. Currently, jailbreak is possible with iOS 6.0 & 6.1.2. Updating the software of your device to 6.1.3 will make you wait for a long time for re-jailbreak.
